Industrial Plant Operator
We are looking for the right candidate to fill the role of Industrial Plant Operator. This position will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting equipment used in the manufacturing, storage, and handling of liquid asphalt emulsion products. This role blends plant operations with industrial maintenance, making it ideal for candidates with electrical or plumbing backgrounds who enjoy diagnosing problems, keeping systems running, and working with process equipment.
You’ll work closely with Quality Control to ensure product consistency, assist the Plant Foreman with inventory and materials, and support safe, efficient daily operations.
Industrial Plant Operator Job Duties:
- Operate and monitor industrial plant systems and batch processes
- Troubleshoot and repair:
- Electrical systems, motors, controls, and panels
- Pumps, heaters, tanks, piping, and valves
- Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections
- Assist with plant maintenance, repairs, and improvements
- Work with Quality Control to verify product quality
- Maintain safety procedures and required documentation
- Communicate with truck drivers, dispatch, road crews, and plant staff
- Support inventory tracking and and communicate to assist with material ordering
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on mechanical or technical experience in an industrial or construction setting
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic repairs
- Comfort working with pumps, motors, pressure systems, and fluid transfer
- Strong safety mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to work outdoors and around industrial equipment
- Valid driver’s license
Ideal Candidate:
- Licensed or Journeyman Electrician and/or Plumber
- Experience with:
- Industrial or commercial electrical systems
- Control panels, wiring, motors, VFDs, and instrumentation
- Industrial plumbing, piping systems, valves, and pumps
- Industrial or commercial electrical systems
- Maintenance technician, millwright, or plant operations background
- Experience in asphalt, oil, chemical, or batch-processing facilities

CDL A& B Drivers
We are hiring CDL Class A & B Drivers to fill several roles. Certifications and experience with HAZMAT, tankers, lowboys, preferred. Lots of work hours available for exceptional employees. Compensation: Based on role and commensurate with experience.
Job Requirements:
- CDL A with previous driving experience
- Load & Haul material to/from plant & job sites
- Prepare and record all necessary service documentation
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues & possible repairs
- Participate as a team-player in a cohesive and productive work environment
- Ability to occasionally work overtime, nights & occasional weekends
Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ years of experience driving heavy trucks
- Valid and active commercial driver’s license (CDL)
- Familiarity with computer & mobile phone technology
- Clean driving record
- Comprehension of DoT and FMCSA Regulations for CDL Drivers
- Tanker & HazMat Endorsements Preferred

Experienced Diesel Mechanic
We are seeking an experienced Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic to join our team. Compensation: Based on role and commensurate with experience.
Job Requirements:
- Perform general maintenance on a fleet of heavy commercial trucks and equipment
- Diagnose defects and monitor performance of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and diesel systems
- Perform advanced level maintenance & repair on engine, emission, transmission, brake, hydraulic, electrical, engine chassis, vehicle body control, heating and air conditioning, suspension and steering and valve systems
- Prepare and record all necessary service documentation
- Troubleshoot breakdowns & possible repairs
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Participate as a team-player in a cohesive and productive work environment
- Ability to occasionally work overtime, nights & weekends
- Other duties as assigned
Ideal Candidate:
- High school graduate & graduate from an accredited trade school
- 3+ years of experience with heavy truck & equipment mechanics
- Knowledge of parts of complex machinery and tools used to fix them
- Valid and active commercial driver’s license (CDL)
- Familiarity with computer & mobile phone technology
- Extremely detail oriented
- Ability to multitask in stressful situations
- Good driving record & reliable vehicle
